ANPR Lite is a mobile application that turns your mobile phone into an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) device, capable of reading licence plate numbers from parked or passing cars, and checking those licence plate numbers against pre-loaded green or red lists, depending on the use-case.The app utilises advanced mobile ANPR technology and machine learning to improve not only the speed of detection but also range. App is capable of operating offline and locally query licence plates of interest. Additional management and control features are built into an accompanying Vehicle Tracer web application.
